Cara Membuat
- Kupas Envy Apple kemudian iris
- Lelehkan mentega, masukkan apel yang sudah diiris lalu masukkan bubuk kayu manis kemudian masak hingga layu
- Untuk membuat brown butter, lelehkan mentega sampai kecoklatan, tuang kedalam mangkuk dan masukkan Whittakers White Chocolate, aduk rata hingga meleleh
- Kocok telur dan gula sampai mengembang menggunakan mixer
- Masukkan gula palem, brown butter, ekstrak vanila dan garam ke dalam adonan, aduk
- Masukkan baking powder dan tepung terigu sambil diayak lalu aduk dengan spatula
- masukan apel yang sudah ditumis, aduk rata
- Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang ukuran 22 x 22 cm yang sudah dialasi baking paper lalu taburi dengan irisan Envy Apple diatasnya
- Panggang di dalam oven di suhu 180 derajat selama 30 - 40 menit
- Setelah dingin, keluarkan blondies dari loyang

- Peel and slice the Envy Apples.
- Melt the butter, then add the sliced apple and cinnamon powder in. Cook until it softens.
- To make the brown butter, melt the butter until it’s browned. Transfer to a bowl and add Whittaker’s White Chocolate. Mix well until the chocolate melts.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until it expands with a mixer.
- Add the palm sugar, brown butter, vanilla extract, and salt into the batter. Mix well.
- Sift the baking powder and flour in. Mix with spatula.
- Add the sautéd apples in. Mix well.
- Pour the batter into a 22 x 22 cm (8.6x8.6”) pan lined with baking paper. Garnish with sliced Envy Apples on top.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 - 40 minutes.
- Once it cools down, remove the Blondies from the pan.
