- Buat adonan tepung: campurkan tepung terigu, tepung beras, gula, baking powder, wijen, vanilla extract, sedikit madu, garam, dan santan instan, lalu tuang air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga kekentalan pas.
- Gabungkan pisang yang sudah direndam (tanpa cairan rendamannya) ke dalam adonan tepung, aduk rata.
- Panaskan minyak (gunakan minyak bersih, jangan bekas menggoreng ayam/ikan asin), goreng pisang berbalut tepung dengan api sedang hingga setengah matang.

Honey-Water Mixture:
Steps
Steps were generated from the video narration. Watch the video if unsure.
- Make the honey-water mixture: combine honey and water, stir well.
- Peel and slice ripe plantains (not too thick or thin), soak them directly in the honey-water mixture, stir well, let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Make the batter: combine wheat flour, rice flour, sugar, baking powder, sesame seeds, vanilla extract, a little honey, salt, and instant coconut milk, then pour in water a little at a time while stirring until the right thick consistency.
- Combine the soaked plantains (without the soaking liquid) into the batter, stir well.
- Heat oil (use clean oil, not leftover from frying chicken or salted fish), fry the battered plantains over medium heat until half-cooked.
- Remove the half-cooked plantains, immediately dip them briefly (3-4 seconds) into the honey-water mixture, then fry again until cooked and a dark golden caramel color.
- Remove, drain, and let the honey-fried plantains rest for about 10 minutes before serving so the caramel coating gets crispier.
