  1. Mix the flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt well.
  2. Pour in the water a little at a time while stirring so no lumps form, then add the rest of the water and stir well.
  3. Add the cooking oil, stir, strain the batter, then put it into a piping bag.
  4. Heat a nonstick pan over low heat, pipe the batter quickly in a zigzag, and once it is no longer wet, loosen it with a spatula and lay it lengthwise on baking paper.
  5. Repeat until the baking paper is fairly full, then trim off the thick bottom part so it cooks evenly.
  6. Brush the kataifi with melted margarine, then roll it around a stainless steel tube using the baking paper. Repeat with the rest.
  7. Remove the baking paper and arrange the kataifi on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Once completely cool, slide the tubes out gently.
  10. For the cheese cream, beat the cheese spread and sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then set aside.
  11. Whip the whipped cream powder with ice-cold water until stiff, combine with the cheese cream, then beat again until smooth.
  12. Put the cheese cream into a piping bag and pipe it into the kataifi rolls.
  13. Serve with pistachio spread and chocolate, and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
