Cara Membuat
- Pastikan sebelum memanggang panaskan dulu oven selama 10 menit dengan suhu 130°C
- Setelah ovennya panas langsung panggang kuenya di suhu 130°C selama 25 menit dengan menggunakan api atas bawah
- Setelah 25 menit dipanggang keluarkan kue dari oven dan biarkan hingga benar-benar dingin dulu
- Setelah nastar nya dingin baru oleskan kuning telur di permukaan nastar
- Saya mengoleskan kuning telur sebanyak dua kali
- Setelah selesai di oleh selanjut panggang selama 15 menit dengan suhu 100°C menggunakan api atas saja
- 1 kg tepung terigu menghasilkan 10 toples kue nastar, di video terlihat hanya enam toples karena sebagian nastar nya masih dalam proses pemanggangan.

- Make sure you preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 130°C before baking
- Once the oven is hot, bake the cookies right away at 130°C for 25 minutes using top and bottom heat
- After 25 minutes of baking, take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool completely first
- Once the nastar are cool, brush egg yolk over the surface of the nastar
- I brush on the egg yolk twice
- Once the brushing is done, bake for 15 minutes at 100°C using top heat only
- 1 kg of flour makes 10 jars of nastar cookies; only six jars are visible in the video because some of the nastar were still baking.
