Ingredients

Steps

  1. Put one packet of white agar-agar powder, 100 g of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch into a pot, then stir until evenly combined.
  2. Add 800 ml of liquid milk, then stir until evenly combined.
  3. Add 100 g of spreadable cheese and three drops of yellow food colouring.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly so the bottom does not catch or go lumpy, until it boils, then turn off the heat.
  5. Rinse the mould with water so the pudding turns out more easily, then pour the mixture into the mould.
  6. Leave it until the surface sets and forms a skin.
  7. Put 100 g of granulated sugar, one packet of white agar-agar powder, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and two sachets of cappuccino coffee powder into a pot, then stir until evenly combined.
  8. Add 800 ml of liquid milk, then stir until evenly combined.
  9. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils, then turn off the heat.
  10. Once the first layer has formed a firm skin, pour the coffee mixture on while it is still hot, slowly and in a spreading motion so the first layer does not sink.
  11. Leave it again until the surface forms a skin firm enough to take the next layer.
  12. Put one packet of white agar-agar powder, 100 g of granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch into a pot, then stir until evenly combined.
  13. Add 800 ml of liquid milk, stir well, then add 100 g of dark cooking chocolate chopped small.
  14. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils and the chocolate has melted, then turn off the heat.
  15. Once the pudding surface is firm, pour the chocolate mixture on while it is still hot, slowly and in a spreading motion.
  16. Leave it until the pudding is firm, then chill it in the fridge for about 4 hours.
  17. Ease the edges of the pudding away from the mould, turn it out, then slice and serve.
