Cara Buat Tahu Sutra - Babi Jamur Cincang Kecap | Homemade Egg Tofu Recipe -Minced Pork | Nael Onion

Soy sauce minced pork:

☐ 200 grams of pork neck cut ☐ 3 soaked dried shiitake mushrooms ☐ 2 cloves garlic ☐ 1/2 onion ☐ 2 tbsp oyster sauce ☐ 3 tbsp soy sauce ☐ 1 tsp sugar ☐ 1/2 tsp ground white pepper ☐ 1 tsp sesame oil ☐ 1 tsp mushroom bouillon (optional) ☐ 3 tbsp vegetable oil ☐ 1/2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water ☐ 250 ml of water

Egg tofu:

☐ 600 ml unsweetened soy milk ☐ 600 ml eggs ( for about 10-11 eggs) ☐ 1/2 tsp salt ☐ 1 tsp mushroom bouillon (optional)

Other ingredients:
