Resep Samcan Goreng - KRIUK KRIUK GARING | NO OVEN | CRISPY Deep Fried Pork Belly | Nael Onion

Boiled pork belly:

☐ 1 kg of pork belly ☐ 3 slices of ginger ☐ 3 cloves of crushed ginger

Marinate:

☐ 1/2 tsp of five spice powder ☐ 4 tsp of Chinese cooking wine ☐ 1 tsp of ground white epper ☐ 1 tsp of salt ☐ 1 tsp of mushroom bouillon

For the skin:

☐ 1 tsp of salt ☐ 1 tsp of vinegar ☐ 1/2 tsp of baking powder

Sauce ingredients:

☐ 4 tbsp hoisin sauce (i use Lee Kum Kee brand) ☐ 2 tbsp of water ☐ 1.5 tbsp of lime juice ☐ 1 tsp of sugar ☐ 1 clove of finely minced garlic ☐ For the tutorial please check my video
