Cara Membuat

Campurkan cuka dengan baking soda hingga berbuih
Untuk adonan pancake pink, kocok telur, susu cair, garam, gula, baking powder, baking soda yang sudah berbuih, dan mentega cair hingga tercampur rata
Tambahkan tepung terigu dan pewarna pink aduk sebentar hingga rata
Untuk adonan pancake hitam, larutkan cokelat bubuk dengan minyak lalu campurkan dengan telur, susu cair, garam, gula, baking powder, baking soda yang sudah berbuih, dan mentega cair hingga tercampur rata
Tambahkan tepung terigu dan charcoal powder aduk sebentar hingga rata
Panaskan pan, gunakan api sedang dan beri sedikit minyak kemudian tuang satu scoop adonan dan masak kedua sisinya hingga kecokelatan, lakukan tahap ini hingga kedua adonan pancake habis
Untuk saus, campurkan whip cream, susu kental manis, pewarna merah dan kuning kemudian kocok menggunakan mixer hingga mengembang tetapi jangan sampai kaku
Susun pancake selang seling pink-hitam kemudian siram dengan saus
Garnish dengan es krim Glico Wings Jcone Black and Pink, stroberi dan coklat bubuk sesuai selera

Add the all-purpose flour and charcoal powder and mix briefly until even
Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil, pour in one scoop of batter, and cook both sides until browned; repeat until both pancake batters are used
For the sauce, combine the whipping cream, condensed milk, and red and yellow coloring, then whip with a mixer until fluffy but not stiff
Stack the pancakes alternating pink and black, then pour over the sauce
Garnish as desired with Glico Wings Jcone Black and Pink ice cream, strawberries, and cocoa powder
